I’m Amy Rhyne, a newly retired educator who continues to be passionate about empowering organizations through effective leadership and sustainable systems. With 30 years of experience in education and a servant heart, I’ve crafted a comprehensive approach that maximizes organizational capacity, fosters leadership at every level, and strengthens systems for lasting impact.

Having served across diverse educational settings—from classroom teaching to roles as a school, district, and state-level director—I’m excited to extend my work and advocacy beyond the traditional educational system. True educational transformation involves everyone, from students to staff, as well as public and private institutions, higher-ed organizations, policymakers, community members, and business advocates alike. We all have an essential part to play in what the future holds. I genuinely believe this begins with sincere, authentic relationships and respectful conversations with one another.

As a turnaround leader, I’ve gained valuable insight and experience driving positive, sustainable change at every level of the educational system.
